Streamline Rehabilitation Loans
Loans to assist with energy efficient improvements and simple repairs that can be easily estimated and completed.
Eligibility
- CNO tribal member residing within the State of Oklahoma
- Copy of most recent pay stub for a 30-day period
- Copy of award letter for SSI, AFDC, retirement income, etc.
- Copy of SSN card and a valid photo identification (driver's license or state ID) for all borrowers
- Copy of front and back of CDIB and tribal membership card
- Copy of filed property deed
- Copy of homeowners insurance verification
- Copy of contractor's estimate for requested work; if work is roof, electrical or plumbing, the contractor must be licensed.
