Loans to assist tribal members with simple repairs that can be easily estimated and completed.

Eligibility

CNO tribal members within the Choctaw Nation service area
Copy of most recent pay stub for a 30-day period
Copy of award letter for SSI, AFDC, retirement income, etc.
Copy of SSN card and a photo identification for all borrowers
Copy of front and back of CDIB and tribal membership card
Copy of filed property deed
Copy of homeowners insurance verification
Copy of contractor's estimate for requested work; if work is roof, electrical or plumbing the contractor must be licensed.
