Down Payment/Closing Cost Assistance
Assist tribal members with a second mortgage to help with the costs associated with the purchase of a home, if allowed by the client's specific loan program and participating lender guidelines.
Eligibility
- Must be a Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma tribal member
- Copy of front and back of CDIB and tribal membership card
- Copy of most recent pay stub for a 30-day period
- Applicant must provide landlord or mortgage lenders information for the last two years
- Copy of award letter for SSI, AFDC, retirement income, etc.
- W2 statements for past two years
- Copy of past two years date and filed federal tax return or tax transcripts
- Copy of most recent bank statement with bank name, address, and account information
- Copy of SSN card and a valid state issued photo ID or driver's license for all borrowers
