Adult Reentry Program

A transformative initiative designed to empower those who qualify with compassionate support tailored to the unique needs of the individual to create a future filled with hope, opportunity and cultural pride.

Eligibility

  • Must be a resident of Oklahoma
  • CDIB, letter of descendancy or tribal membership card from a federally recognized tribe
  • Must be age 18 or older
  • Must have a history of substance use disorder or co-occurring substance use and mental disorder
  • Sentenced in a correctional facility and within four months of release or on probation and at risk of reincarceration

Offering comprehensive peer recovery support services by fostering healing and resilience through culturally sensitive guidance. In addition to recovery support, participants gain access to essential resources, including employment opportunities, educational pathways and secure housing solutions.

Led by experienced staff who have navigated similar challenges, the program tailors the approach to the individual, focusing on personal and professional growth. The program lays the foundation for lasting success and well-being.
