Wrap around services for victims of child abuse, domestic violence and sexual assault including forensic interviews, advocacy, medical, therapy and appropriate referrals.
At Risk (CACFP) Program
Provides a shelf-stable, nutritious meal to children who attend one of our many feeding sites in a congregate setting.
Behavioral Health
Providing a variety of mental health services for adults, adolescents, and children.
Benefit Coordination
Provides one-on-one help with a variety of insurance plans and other federal programs.
Cardiology
Specializing in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of heart and blood vessel diseases, including comprehensive care for various cardiovascular conditions.
CDC National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP)
A lifestyle change program to help participants prevent type 2 diabetes.
Celebrating Families
A holistic approach to assist the family unit struggling with addiction, targeting different age groups in individual classes following a family meal provided.
