202 Supportive Elder Housing
Composed of one-bedroom elder units equipped with Energy Star refrigerator, stove and central heat and air.

Affordable housing for lower income households earning no more than 80% of the national median income.
More InfoChoctaw Homebuyer Advantage Program (CHAP)
Offers loans to eligible tribal members with no maximum income limits. Qualify for a mortgage loan according to credit and debt ratios.

Assists in providing internet access, devices and digital literacy training to help bridge the digital divide that exists among the low-income community.
More InfoCredit Repair Loans
Loans up to $10,000, to assist tribal members including payoffs of collections, charge offs, judgements, liens and repossessions.
More InfoDown Payment/Closing Cost Assistance
Assist tribal members with a second mortgage to help with the costs associated with the purchase of a home, if allowed by the client's specific loan program and participating lender guidelines.
More InfoEnVision Center
Offering eligible HUD assisted families access to support services that can help them achieve self-sufficiency, which makes federal resources more readily available to serve more families.
