Stringtown Gazebo Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

On October 9, a ribbon-cutting was held for the Stringtown Gazebo in Stringtown, Oklahoma. Joey Lansdale, President of the Stringtown Legacy Group, esteemed members of the Stringtown Legacy Group and family members of the late Jerry Lansdale were in attendance to celebrate.

In July 2019, the Choctaw Nation and the Choctaw Development Fund awarded the city $13,075 to construct the gazebo that will be utilized for community events, cultural activities, and programs to enrich and promote Native American Heritage.
