The Choctaw Nation Health Services Authority (CNHSA) was created to provide healthcare services specifically for the American Indian/Alaskan Native (AI/AN) population. CNHSA provides services to this population in Southeastern Oklahoma through a hospital in Talihina and eight outlying clinics throughout the Choctaw Nation reservation. It is the philosophy of CNHSA to provide quality-focused services through effective communications, teamwork, and preservation of the dignity, cultural values, and health of the individuals we serve.
