Healthy Aging Lending Closet
Gently used medical equipment donations are repaired, sanitized and distributed to those in need.
Eligibility
- Anyone can donate to the program
- Must have a CDIB (Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood) to receive equipment
- Must be within driving distance of the Choctaw Nation service area

Additional Information
The Lending Closet is a way for people to donate gently used medical supplies and provide them to people who need them.
Accepted donations include:
- Wheelchairs
- Walkers
- Bathroom Safety Equipment (Safety Railing, Shower/Tub Transfer Benches, etc.)
- Power Chairs
- Home Hospital Beds
- Etc.
The following items are not accepted:
- Oxygen or respiratory supplies
- Used mattresses
- Single-use medical supplies (tubing, insulin, gauze, supplements, ostomy, urology, wound care, etc.)
