Care Packages

Packages are shipped to active war zones as well as a drop-off point for cell phones for soldiers.

Eligibility

• Provide the name and mailing address(es) for military personnel deployed to active war zones.
• Recipients do not have to be a Choctaw member to sign up for the care package system.

How to Apply

Submit active duty service members to the Choctaw Nation Veterans Advocacy Department.

Additional Information

Every three months the Veteran Advocacy department mails care packages to these addresses.
