Offering emergency and urgent care services at the Choctaw Nation Health Care Center in Talihina 24 hours per day, seven days per week, all year long.

Additional Information

The Emergency/Urgent Care Department is continuously staffed by physicians, mid-level providers, and a highly trained nursing staff. Emergency services are available to all eligible Native Americans, free of charge. Non-eligible community members will be billed based on services rendered.

If the situation involves life-or-death or possible loss of limb or eyesight, either call 911 or rush to the nearest community Emergency Room.

If you are Native American living within the Choctaw Referred Care (CRC) service area and use a non-Indian Health Service or nontribal emergency facility, please ensure CRC is notified within 72 hours following treatment by calling 918-567-7000 ext. 6542 or 800-349-7026 ext. 6542.
