Lenora Evangeline Jackson

Lenora “Boogie” Evangline (Tom) Jackson, 68, passed away Oct. 13, 2024.

Lenora was born Jan. 14, 1956, in Talihina, Okla., to Leonard Wayne Tom and Mary Francis (Billey) Tom.

She was preceded in death by her parents; second mom Pauline Tom; brother Preston Lawrence; and sisters Billie Strickland, Sharon Davis and Barbara McKee.

Lenora is survived by her daughter Christy Chambless and spouse Larry; son Eddie Justice and spouse April; grandchildren Jailen Gallant and Lucas Chambless; brothers Raymond Tom and spouse Claudia, Michael Dean Tom and spouse Keshia, Larry Tom and spouse Dottie, and Wayland Tom and spouse Dena; sister Linda Taylor; best friends Cheryl Stanfield and Mary Arnold and longtime best friend Leta Elliott; numerous adopted kids, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, friends, and loved ones; and her cherished fur baby, Cecil.
