Joe Haskell Allen, 83, passed away March 4, 2023.

Joe was born June 6, 1939, in Oklahoma City, Okla., to William H. and Gertrude Allen.

He is survived by his wife Charlotte; daughters Melissa (Norm) Fichtorn, Michelle (Harry) Williams, and Melinda (Andy) Busch; grandchildren Joe, Matthew, Katie, Daniel, Elizabeth, Wade, and Gabriel; great-grandchildren Roman, Serenity, and Brianna; and his sweet shih tzu Honey.
